How do the regions support vocational training?

How are training programs financed by the region?

Each region has its own set of funding arrangements. Each regional council implements a financing policy tailored to the needs of its territory.

Ces financements régionaux sont conçus pour compléter en priorité les dispositifs nationaux tels que le CPF ou l'AIF de France Travail, vous assurant ainsi des chances maximisées d'obtenir un financement complet.

However, accessing this financing requires meticulous preparation, with deadlines to be anticipated.

Which regions provide funding for training, and which ones work with Jedha?

‍Eachregion in France has a unique scheme, with specific features depending on their regional policy. There can be dozens of different types of aid in each region:

  • Some are specific to your status: employee, jobseeker or young person...
  • D’autres aux types de formation : non financées par France Travail, certifiées RNCP, ou encore sélectionnées spécifiquement par la région…

To qualify for regional funding, it is essential to live in the region concerned, and to choose a training program with a presence or branches in the area.

👉 With 10 campuses in France, Jedha works closely with the regions, notably the Île-de-France region, the Haut-de-France region and the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, which offer funding for our training courses. If your region is not listed here, please contact our admissions team to find out about the possibilities in your area.

Who can I contact to finance my training with regional assistance?

‍👉 Make an appointment with our admissions team to help you prepare your application. In this article, we'll highlight some of the area funding available to make your training project with Jedha a reality.

Frequently asked questions about Regional Aid to finance your training

What happens if I don't get regional funding for my training?

There are other financing schemes such as the CPF, AIF, company financing and bank loans specifically for training. It's essential to find out about all the options available to finance your training.

How long does it take on average to get a response to my regional funding application?

This can vary from region to region and from scheme to scheme. Generally speaking, you'll receive a reply within 6 to 8 weeks of submitting your application, but it's always advisable to start the process well in advance.

How does regional funding differ from national funding such as the CPF?

Regional funding complements national schemes. Unlike the CPF, which is an individual right, regional funding may depend on territorial criteria, the region's specific skills needs, or collaboration between local training organizations and regional councils.

My regional funding scheme has not been mentioned. What should I do?

If your regional funding scheme has not been mentioned, we encourage you to make an appointment with the Jedha admissions team. They can provide you with information on other available funding or guide you through the steps you need to take to secure regional funding. Often, a simple step can unlock funding options.

What is the Regional Training Program (PRF)?

The PRF is a scheme set up by regional councils to finance training courses tailored to the specific needs of the region. These courses are selected and purchased by the region to meet the demands of the local job market. You can find the list of eligible training courses on each region's website.
