Between management and technology: become a Data expert

Acculturate data in your organization

When it comes to data management in an organization, it can be difficult to instill a real Data culture, with all the good practices that go with it. We will give you all the keys to make your company truly Data-driven with the best Data Management methods. You will know how to collect, share and exploit data in a secure and ethical way for all members of your team.

Lead Data teams with Tech expertise

Managing a data team is very specific. It cannot be managed like a team of developers. This is why certain methods must be adapted. In this bootcamp, we will teach you how to communicate with technical and managerial profiles, how to define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and how to share results to successfully complete any data project.

Go deeper in your own way

Our training is offered on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on what suits you best. You will also have the option to come and take the training in person, remotely or in a hybrid format, depending on what suits you best. Whether you are in retraining, looking for a job, already a Tech or a manager, this program can be tailored to you.

Best Practices in Data Management

Even if companies know how valuable Data is, it is still difficult for them to move towards a 100% Data-driven organization. There are several reasons for this: lack of acculturation, difficulty in assessing the level of maturity in terms of Data, the feasibility of a project or the value that Data could bring.

This is why we have designed a program that addresses these issues of data governance, and their strategic management. Whether for startups, scale-ups or large corporations, we want to teach all the best practices that exist today to help companies grow with Data.

The Data Analysis Lead training curriculum

To begin with, we will cover everything that concerns Data at the level of thestrategic organization of your company. Following the DAMA DMBOK framework, you will learn the basics of Data Governance, Data Architecture, modeling, storage, security, MetaData management as well as the realization of a good documentation. You will understand how to ensure Data Quality throughout an infrastructure while respecting thelegal environment such as the RGPD. At the end of this module, you will know how to think about a solid Data department for your organization.
Once you know how to organize data at the organizational level, it's time to run Data projects to leverage all the data you have. In this module, you'll learn how to apply agile management to Data. From the Scrum model to the Spotify model, you will learn about PRD (Product Requirement Document), ticketing, writing Roadmaps, defining Data KPIs and MVPs and much more, in order to deliver quality Data products (e.g. applications).
We will end this program with a concept that is too often forgotten in technical projects: Leadership. Leading a team is a separate skill that requires more than just technical skills. In this module, we will teach you how to communicate, convince, and set SMART goals so that you can lead and inspire your Data team to instill the culture that suits you all, and become truly Data-driven.

"There is a growing demand for cross-discipline skills".

It is no longer just Data Scientists who know how to model, or Data Analysts who know how to explore data that recruiters are looking for. They are looking for professionals with cross-discipline skills. Data Scientists who know how to put data into production and Data Analysts who know how to collect and exploit data in detail.

New jobs are emerging, such as Machine Learning Engineer, or MLOps. These are jobs that have emerged only recently and that reflect the changing needs of companies. This is why in the Full Stack training, we do not train for a specific job, but rather for a field. Jobs in tech are always changing but at Jedha we teach you the principles that govern the domain itself to well equip you for the future.

The Full Stack course, like the rest of our programmes, undergoes constant revision to ensure that it is at the cutting edge of relevance at all times.

The opportunities of the Data Analysis Lead training

Data brings tremendous value to any organization that knows how to leverage it. In addition to Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Engineers, companies need leaders who can coordinate these technical teams and think at the organizational level.

We have developed this program for aspiring Data Managers and consultants who want to help companies successfully transition and implement best practices to put Data at the heart of their value proposition.

Certification of the Data Fullstack training
RNCP Level 6 - Bac+3/4

Recognised for their academic and technical excellence, Jedha's Data courses are registered with the Répertoire National des Compétences Professionnels (RNCP level 6).

The Data Fullstack training in particular allows you to obtain a state-recognised diploma, at BAC +3/4 level. This registration with the RNCP also allows you to use your CPF credits to finance the training in its entirety or in part.

At the end of your Data Fullstack training, you will take a certification test requiring you to justify the skills learned during your programme: data collection, data visualisation, modelling, application deployment. You will also be asked to present your final project, which took no less than 2 weeks to complete.

Once you have passed this test, you will obtain the official Jedha diploma, recognised by the State, a full certification as "Data Science Designer and Developer".

A Complete Portfolio of 11 Data Projects

For each of the Data assignments you will have to complete, it will be a mini-project to carry out. This will help you build a solid portfolio to justify your skills to your future recruiters. After 10 technical modules, you will have two full weeks with your teacher and TA to build your own final project, the one that will be the flagship of your portfolio and that will allow you to apply everything you have learned in the course, all on a theme of your choice.

One More Episode...
Paris Campus
Produced by Elena, Charles, Clément, Maxime and Zahira, this is a project that was put into production by the company that proposed it to our students! This company, a streaming platform, asked our students to design a system for recommending viewing content. After having made initial visualisations of the time spent viewing content and of user engagement rates, our students adopted the "user engagement" approach.
They chose this in order to recommend the same content to users with common characteristics (preference & consumption habits in particular). With this, it is a very effective project that this group could deliver at the end of 12 weeks of training.
My Music's Mood
Paris Campus
We all know the impact that music can have on our moods. It is precisely on this that Rhita & Stéphane have worked, with the aim of automatically detecting the 'mood', the emotion of a piece of music in order to make recommendations to users of music streaming platforms who wish to feel such a certain emotion when listening to it.
After the various stages of data collection and pre-processing, Stéphane Rhita was able to work with a 2D image of the audio signal frequencies, a Spectrogram. By using the VGG16 neural network, they were able to achieve incredible results in detecting the "mood" of the music!
Deep Chef
Paris Campus
Antoine, Baptiste, Léa, Christopher, and Quentin were able to code an impressive application allowing the recognition of fruits and vegetables. Why? The aim is to suggest personalised recipes based on what you have left in the fridge.
To do this, with training on 10,000 images of the Deep Learning model Yolo v.5, our students were able to detect the fruits and vegetables present in their own photos.
Then, after having built their model, our group was able to design their application on which they deployed this same model. This way, anyone can perfectly use Deep Chef for their daily needs.
