Business Analysis

In this first module, you'll discover the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) specific to each team in an organization. You'll learn how to exploit the data produced, using no-code tools that are very common in business!

Skills mastered

Marketing Data Analysis:handling of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, centralization of data on a CRM like Hubspot.
Product Data Analysis: conversion optimization with Amplitude, implementation of A/B testing.
Financial Data Analysis : utilisation de Google Spreadsheet ou d’Excel pour analyser les données financières.

Python programming

In this module, you'll delve into the heart of Python, the essential language for data analysis. Python will boost your analysis capabilities tenfold by eliminating the limits imposed by conventional tools.

Skills mastered

Python basics: mastery of conditions, loops, functions and object-oriented programming concepts.
Exploratory Data Analysis in Python: review the basics of statistics & use the Pandas, Numpy and Plotly libraries for data exploration and visualization.
Data collection: use APIs and Web Scraping techniques to enrich your databases.

Infrastructure Data

Data accessibility is essential. In this module, you'll learn how to centralize and structure your data efficiently using data warehouses. In addition, you'll discover how to build efficient data pipelines using Python and other tools.

Skills mastered

Data centralization: fundamental concepts of data management and mastery of cloud-based data warehousing tools such as Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query and Snowflake.
Pipeline Data: discovery of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and their evolution towards ELT processes with DBT.
Integration of external tools: synchronization of external tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Amplitude, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Advanced SQL

Once you've centralized your data in a data warehouse, how do you extract and analyze it? SQL is a powerful ally for data analysts! This module will enable you to develop advanced SQL skills and exploit your data as effectively as possible.

Skills mastered

Data modeling: discover best practices in table design and organization for optimal query execution.
Review the basics: functions (GROUP BY, WHERE) and basic joins.
Advanced SQL queries: discover subqueries, correlated subqueries and even temporary tables.
Advanced join techniques: master advanced join techniques to ensure exhaustive analysis and a complete view of data.

BI & Predictive Analysis

Data visualization is essential for making data intelligible and facilitating decision-making. In this module, you'll learn how to consolidate your data into powerful dashboards and predict future trends using no-code Machine Learning tools.

Skills mastered

BI tools: in-depth knowledge of PowerBI to format and explore your data.
Dataviz: best practices in data visualization to present data in a clear and impactful way.
Machine Learning in no-code: discover the basics of Machine Learning and get to grips with Dataiku for predictive analysis in no-code mode.

Final project

Now's the time to put all the skills you've learned in this course to good use! For 2 weeks, you'll work in small groups on a dataset from a company or organization. The aim: to draw out actionable insights and present them to the entire Jedha community at DemoDay.

Prerequisites

Il est nécessaire d'avoir des bases de programmation en Python & SQL. Si ce n’est pas le cas, vous pouvez suivre notre formation Data pour débutant.
Il est également nécessaire d'être à l'aise pour lire et comprendre des contenus en anglais (niveau B1/B2) : nos cours sont dispensés en français mais les ressources pédagogiques (cours écrits, exercices, projets) sont en anglais.
